Hi, Can anyone show/tell me how to replace my key fob battery for a 2019 UK-bought Fiesta car?

I've watched lots of YouTube videos that show fobs that have easy-release compression buttons to get inside, but mine has none of these .. pics attached

I suspect the videos you have seen which mention buttons are for the keyless entry/start fobs. 

Another video I'm afraid and Ford instructions from the handbook below:

Changing the Remote Control Battery

WARNING:  Keep batteries away from children to prevent ingestion. Failure to follow this instruction could result in personal injury or death. If ingested, immediately seek medical attention.    WARNING:  If the battery compartment does not securely close, stop using the remote control and replace it as soon as possible. In the meantime, keep the remote control away from children. Failure to follow this instruction could result in personal injury or death.

 

   Make sure that you dispose of old batteries in an environmentally friendly way. Seek advice from your local authority about recycling old batteries.

The remote control uses one coin-type three-volt lithium battery CR2032 or equivalent.

1. Press the release button.

1. Insert a suitable tool, for example a screwdriver, in the position shown and gently push the clip.

1. Press the clip down to release the battery cover.

1. Carefully remove the cover.

1. Insert a screwdriver in the position shown to release the battery.

Note:   Do not touch the battery contacts or the printed circuit board with the screwdriver.

1. Remove the battery.

1. Insert a new battery with the + facing upward.

Note:   Do not wipe off any grease on the battery terminals or on the back surface of the circuit board.

1. Reinstall the battery cover.
