Good evening all

Hopefully somebody with knowledge of these engines could offer some advice

I have replaced the turbo and wet belt and when removing fuel rail the injectors stayed put !

But when i refitted the rail i have a fuel leak so i shut the bonnet and called it a day !

I have to p[ick up a coolant pipe from the dealer tomorrow as i broke one from the header tank as it seemed very brittle or me being heavy handed ! )

Is it a case of juts getting some new seals on top of the injectors or am i missing something?

    It's not uncommon for the injectors to break when removed on these so have a good look at it first.

    The seals are only available as a full kit for 4 injectors for around £30.

    I may well be wrong but im hoping its just the green seals that need replacing as the injectors stayed put when i removed the rail it was quite a big leak lol

    Thanks for the info ill pop to local dealer tomorrow as need to pick up coolant pipe

    Hi there, did you get to bottom of petrol leak? I have same issue with my fiesta. Went to remove injector, got it moving and lifted about 7mm but can’t get it to move any further!! Any help would be much appreciated
