Can anyone tell me if you have had an issue with your DAB radio dropping its signal. My local ford dealer says it says its the NEXTBASE DASHCAM that is the issue. Please comment

    Do you have a rear facing dashcam on the back window ?

    I have to ask, and I am by no means doubting your expertise, but how does a camera affect DAB radio?

    In the absence of the proper, 'expert', DAB aerial radio reception is often built into the rear window heating elements. The power cable of the dashcam can emit frequencies that may interfere with the signal (I read many posts on this forum 🤣)

    If it’s using a usb connection this can cause interference. It’s why some cams use coax instead.

    Yes. Take the rear Dashcam off the back window. Move it back and fasten it on the plastic trim on the inside top of the tailgate. Try and move the camera as far back from the window as possible.

    Yes i have a rear dashcam. There is a vertical wire what looks like the heated window element which the dashcam is on top of it . My car is a focus st line x edition 2023. Would appreciate advice.
