Hi ford family, can you help  please. I'm going to do away with the diffuser on my focus ecoboost zetec s, due to someone with light fingers helping there self with it. Question is, I'm putting a standard lower bumper on instead. But not sure if I have to stick with a towbar what fits a zetec s model or can I just put any towbar on motor. Thank you

If I have this right, and it's a change of rear bumper to standard, I suggest you look up correct tow bar for the S model (if there is any difference from the standard) and if it's not absolutely clear ask a tow bar company or specialist as this (along with dedicated wiring?) is safety critical?

Most towbars will say they don't fit Zetec S because they'd need a visible bumper cut.  If you're fitting a Titanium bumper then you can just use a standard towbar.

Hi shearers, thanks for your reply much appreciated, im putting on a bumper extension to  the part of bumper where the reflector are in, and putting a standard extension on. The only difference will be there won't be a diffuser on car to cut.i was told only a detachable towbar will go on if I still had a diffuser. I will  ask a towbar company for more info, thanks again for your input.

I believe it is a titanium style bumper extension, not changing the whole bumper, so hopefully I can put any type of towbar on.hey much appreciated for your reply and input, thanks again.
