Ok ,bought my 2.0 titanium X sport on Xmas eve only had it a week been in garage since then ,, smoking under acceleration, nothing on idle,,, rings ,cars done 152000 miles ,,garage is now putting in engine with 32000 on clock ,,but my clocks will show 152000,,do I inform DVLA about changes



No need to inform the DVLA.ย  The car/chassis has done 152k and that's what the MOT history will show.

If you ever sell the car you can tell the new owner that it had a low mileage engine fitted, but there's no legal obligation to do that.
