2.2 power loss

Featured Replies

Hi,

before everythings, sorry for m’y bad english.

I have a 2.2 MK7 125 Ps 2016.
I have power loss when outside temperature is more than 10 degrees.
the only fault I can read is : air pressure too low.

The turbo was blocked, it's now a new one.
I had a leak between the EGR and the intake, it's fixed. I also replaced the EGR with a new part.

I replaced the flow metre and the intake pressure sensor: no change.
I pressurised the intake and tested a smoke machine: no more leaks detected.

I calibrated the turbo and the EGR with forscan
the air filter is new.

I recorded the set and effective supercharging pressure over a distance of 100km. I never see a gap appear and yet I have a too low pressure defect that appears. The transit runs very well except that when the light comes on, it goes into degraded mode.

under 10 degrees (as this winter), i never had the problem. Today, with 12 degrees outside, the error code comes back.

any ideas for me? I would be happy to share the solution with you when i found it!

many thanks for reading!
