Can't get in or out of Rear door

Hi all

I have a problem im really struggling with and I'm hoping there is a solution someone has come across before... 

The door handle on the rear door will not work - it's like the cable has snapped or something as it's loose. 

But unfortunately the child locks are also on, so i can't open the door to get to the latch or handle... 

Is there a way of opening the door without trying to get the panel off from the inside (while the door is closed) as I'm sure this will make a hell of a mess and may mean i have to destroy the latch....?
