Automatic gearbox relearn brake not registering

Hi, got a problem with a re-learn on the computer the brake and handbrake are not registering on the computer (tried two different ones just to rule them out) they are registering on the dash but not to the computer any ideas?

    One was an Autel and can’t remember the other one he has has used before on galaxys never had a problem but he only re builds gear boxes and because it’s got a electrical fault he couldn’t help
