Does anyone know how much a wet belt replacement would cost/ has anyone had it done around leicestershire?

My fiesta 19 plate has done about 60k and is coming out of its ford extended warranty soon so i’m wondering whether it’s worth getting it done or chopping it for something non wet belt.

    Depends on who does the work.

    Anything from as little as £895 to as much as £2500 or even more.

    A 2019 vehicle with only 60K miles should not be needing the wet belts changed just yet. Personally I'd recommend getting them done at 8 years of age or certainly by the time the vehicle is 9 years old.

    Ford's service recommendations for MK8 is two years.

    As long as you've ignored that and gone 12 months and try not to use Stop/Start, then I wouldn't worry for a couple of years.

    If you're really worried, take the sump off and check for belt debris on the oil pick up filter, if there's any there change the belts
