Difficult to work out the fault from those codes.  Low fuel pressure does trigger limp mode, but limp mode also creates low fuel pressure, so that could be a red herring.

If it was mine, I'd fit a good used throttle body first (cheap enough on eBay) in the hope of getting rid of that code.  Then test drive again and see if the fuel pressure codes return.

I had this issue on my Mondeo vignale Diesel 2016, It is an issue relating to the two transmission oil filters which get clogged, I had one replaced under my ford protect policy and then it happened again so back to the dealer and this time both where replaced and it has been fine ever since.

As well as the throttle body, related to the code, when was the fuel filter changed or just change it to rule that out?

Whilst I bow to superior experience, I can't see anything related to transmission. If the two filters were clogged, to me, that implies some serious internal damage (unless I'm missing the point and @Philzilla86 doesn't say on this post if it is auto or manual?)
Edit, he does in his main profile!

Taking transmission apart would be a very last resort although I'd always suggest changing oil and external filter if any auto problems?
