2024 transit connect- ford pass issues

Not long had the new shape transit connect as a company vehicle and have found Ford pass app to be rubbish compared to my Ford kuga and my previous shape transit connect, no remote start, no oil life , no tyre pressures showing, no vehicle health showing so my question is, is this normal for the new connect ?
 

What’s strange is I can lock and unlock the van from the app and see its location & if I log into the Ford website and view my vehicle dashboard I can see my oil life & vehicle health updates on there but not in the app.  
 

I did struggle to connect the app to the van initially It kept asking me to accept an onscreen prompt on the infotainment system which never came but then randomly worked after about 6 attempts
