Blower heater motor. Reverse cam issues.

just bought my first ford. An smax 2.2 titanium x sport (RHD) , I didn’t realise when I looked at it that the blowers don’t work. I’ve checked all fuses. And now I’m at the point I think I’ve tested the motor and it doesn’t work. Am I right when I say the motor power cables come out of the resistor pack? The 2 cables that look to run off up and over to the other side of the whole heat exchange assembly to the drivers side which is where the motor is located if I’m not mistaken. 
 

now if it is the motor id like to replace it, how hard of a job is this? And can anyone tell me roughly how long it could take? It seems I’d have to take peddles off to get to it is that correct?

also my reverse cam doesn’t work. Wondering if anyone can help me on that too? 

any help is much appreciated.
