Hello, I'm from Belgium and I own a Custom PHEV version 2021 with which I'm very satisfied overall,

However, I've had two problems since purchasing the vehicle, 

- I've never been able to get the electric range on the dashboard, every time the ford garage resets it for me, it lasts a few days and then disappears and is replaced by two small lines. Usually, before it disappears, it displays 99 and I imagine that the two lines appear because it can't go above 100. There's already a software and range calculation problem here. 

- A more annoying problem is that I can't leave my van connected to my charging station. In a completely random way, it restarts the charge sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for a few minutes. At first I thought it was to maintain battery temperature in hot or cold weather, but the problem keeps cropping up. Why do you think this is a problem? Well, because when my charging station starts up, it makes a fairly loud but normal noise (MENNEKES charging station). And as the charging starts up randomly, the noise wakes me up at night, sometimes several times a minute! The technicians at the recharging point deny any problem, and point to the point's logs as proof that it's the van that's making the request.

Ford can't find a solution, and it's starting to annoy me because I have to disconnect my van every time it's finished charging.

What do you think? Does anyone else have this problem?
