KUGA PHEV 2021 FLAT BATTERY

Featured Replies

Hi all

just a bit of info. I got the recall 24s79 asking not to charge my battery although it said on the web to refrain from charging

so for the past 2 weeks i have not charged it, The car had been stood from Saturday, then on the Wednesday  i decided to hover the car out and give it a clean ,while doing this i had the car doors and the boot open.

Never gave a thought that the 12 volt battery would drain so quick.

so beware if you don't regular drive the car the battery may run down, and leave you with a flat battery

Hope this helps

It takes a lot of power from the 12V battery to lift the car 🤣
