Hi all it's been awhile as I have not been around in ages but havs a ford smax 2016

 

So my radio started to play up and been like that for awhile 3 problems I am having with it....

 

1. Bluetooth does not work all of a sudden as it fails to switch on and loops this message endlessly.

 

2. So when you power down the car exit it and then come back after awhile the radio always cold restarts and goes through maintenance mode and takes like 3 or 4 minutes to load up and this happens pretty much all the time.

 

3. I have had my camera coded in the sync 2 system as it's not original and this also started to work on and off and been doing so for awhile as it worked very well for the first 2 years.

 

I'm guessing I have to reinstall the whole sync2 again as I have factory reset it and done all sorts. So how do I go about solving these issue and does anyone know who can.. please DM or PM if you can't advertise people or businesses who can help or if you can give me a fix...

 

Do I need another sync 2 APIM module because there not cheap???

Or is there a way to reinstall the whole program from scratch other than dealers.

Here below is the problem when the radio from problem 2. As you can see it does this alot.
