My two vehicles are both Sync3 and software version 3.4 and both are fully up to date. Both are build 23188

So why are the two Sync3 systems different ?

They have different screen layouts and different options. I gone through all the settings of both and made sure everything is set the same (but some options not there on one of them).

    They both look the same other than vehicle hotspot. Am I missing something?

    Yes, sorry. I just posted those screen shots to show they are both the same. The VIN 6FPPXX displays the current speed signs on the bottom of the home screen. It has options to send data back to Ford US and it has a Sync feedback screen, where you can report back to Ford US issues with the Sync system.

    Different modem and MY calibration.

    True, but I'd not have thought that would have effected the options available. It just shows when you think you have two identical systems, they can turn out to be different.

    It's not a problem, it was just that I was trying to set them up to be the same for ease of operation.

    both me and my other half are both the on Same software but her layout is different to mine as well.

    Both connected to the same FordPass app on the same phone.
