Engine bay fusebox problem

I could do with some help so 2015 1.6 tdci engine bay fuse box has a harness with like 40 pins well the car stopped working pushed on that and it would start up again fine once started and iv checked the relays all work every fuse getting power and most of the pins in the harness I'm not sure how to check what wire is working or not and if to bypass or if I could replace this part of the fuse box at all if I push on it will get engine service now malfunction or immobilizer or hill start abs but always different most times and some times can't get it to make a noise from doing it like all the clocks and electrical noises when pushed on to the connector iv had the fuse box split in half I can't get it to make the noise from pushing underneath and all wires are pushed in can't get my head around it tbf
