Powershift 17 years of misery and my mission to change that!

After seeing all the misery and endless failures costing thousands to repair and with no help available anywhere to self repair I took my first step and purchased a dead powershift.

With no experience repairing any transmissions and only mechanical experience being self taught repairing my cars over the years.

instantly I was mocked and laughed at by several people who were adamant I’d waste my time and fail.

Well I repaired the box and made a Facebook group and posted about my experience. Sharing advice with others and guiding person after person through a self repair instead of spending thousands.

By the middle of last year I started thinking about how I could improve reliability, I saw various ideas floating around many costing over £1000 for the modification parts alone.

I was disgusted at the cost of repairs and parts so I made a decision to dedicate all my time not only to helping others repair powershifts but design my own custom parts that were affordable and reliable. Not only make it but actively develop and improve it based on feedback from others.

again with no design or development knowledge and really only my own experience repairing well just random stuff electronics mainly like soldering but generally if I find something broken I’ll try and fix it for fun.

so this last week was a big moment… over 20 kits sold over the past few months and having no good or bad feedback just silence finally the results are filtering in and initial tests have proven successful… so successful I’m shocked myself!

here’s some photos and links to videos showing how quiet and smooth it feels!
