    290kb and still no joy. Works every other time, dont know whats up, still same message. Cant reduce the file any smaller.

    Well, as you can see from my other post "anyone know what this is " the pics uploaded instantly yesterday. Dont know why they wouldnt work the previous day and probably never will lol.
