    Definitely. I've had lessons from ex-police drivers and they were very good indeed, so something's obviously gone amiss.

    I guess the guy in the black BMW wouldn't have been strictly adhering to the Highway Code on this occasion.

    see it every day, especially at roundabouts or as many drivers seem to think of them as straightabouts, just straight lining, inside lane to outside lane and back to inside lane, not even noticing a vehicle alongside them !
