Your local Ford dealer will be happy to help. The car will need a software change so that it knows that a tow bar has been fitted.

There are after market wiring kits available but often cause more problems that they are worth.

Welcome!
I'd suggest contacting a local specialist fitter (dealers often subcontract tow bar work but add on their margin?)
Also get dedicated wiring kit and definitely check they can recode the car.

Forscan programming appears to have this option but I'd get it as part of the deal and perhaps check with Forscan later and also check that things like rear foglights and parking sensors are disabled when towing.

This company produces the right kits:

7 pin available but see below.

Plus, unsure how much towing you have done or why you need towbar but if it's for caravan (or may be) you need 13 pin socket (much better than dual or single 7 pin which are really poor) and ensure you get the pins for fridge and power for Al-Ko ATC etc. wired correctly, likely extra but worth it (I write from experience)

Dealers often miss out the last mentioned if they do it in house.

If wanting to DIY, company may supply the bits and recode but may not want to get involved due to responsibility issues.

Ok brilliant thank you I thought it would be something I could do myself but I will get someone to do it for me it will only be for a small trailer

...for the moment, you never know what you may want or someone asks you to tow in future...
Still suggest 13 pin (check your proposed trailer and even consider converting as it is much more reliable) and ask the fitter to see what may be able to be left out to reduce the cost but definitely don't recommend a cheap relay with Scotchlocks as this can cause multiple unexpected problems and can become a safety issue.
Your choice of course.
