The dreaded P2138 throttle problem

Hi, we have a Focus Zetec S mk2.5 1600.

It has a continuing P2138/U1900 fault, throttle pedal to throttle body imbalance, that keeps throwing up engine management light and warning "decreased acceleration response", or similar.

I've swapped out the throttle body, the accelerator pedal and I've had the cluster out and resoldered the main connector pads on the pcb.

I just can't clear the issue. It keeps defaulting.

Any suggestions please on anything else I could try to sort it out?
