Hi, wondering if anyone could help me please.

i had a flat battery the other day, got car started again but seems my passenger door sensor won’t lock or unlock the door now. It did before!

I tried the battery on the key fob and not that, ford want £200 to tell me what’s wrong 
the battery went flat as I don’t use the car a lot.

    Disconnect battery negative lead for 20 mins.

    Reconnect and WAIT 5 mins before trying to unlock the door.
