Would anyone have the part number or any links for the screen surround on the MK3.5 focus titanium? Mine is a bit scratched up and want to replace it.

In my defence I typed this in a rush and just realised I should of been more precise lol.

Easter weekend with the kids all crazy on chocolate eggs will do that to you 😂

It's a pretty pricey little part from what I can find brand new online. Most used ones on eBay have scratches ect as well.

Does anyone know if a little mat type insert thing exists for the palm area of below the screen? 

I have included a pic and marked the area in blue that I'm talking about. 

 

Some people have had the part (and a few other bits) Carbon fibre wrapped.

I'm not sure but @StephenFord might have had some bits wrapped.

You can easily buy a 'mat' and simply cut it to size, I doubt you'll get one custom made. Also, you have the option of spraying the surround a nice satin black, or, wrapping it with a carbon fiber vinyl, or, seeking out the service of a local 'carbon dipping' local service who can professionally dip the surround in a CF finish, then spray it with a high quality varnish. I use to be a boy racer you know 🤣

That particular part I wrapped. Full confession is that it was not my 1st go, I did find it quite a challenge but was very pleased with the result in the end...

For the area under the screen you could get some adhesive backed felt or silmilar to do the job?

That's a good idea. I have sourced a replacement panel in better condition than that of my own so will look into maybe getting something like your suggestion to help prevent any future scuffs.

These look brilliant Stephen. I thought about wrapping the surrounds in my MK2.5 but always thought I would make a mess of it as it does take skill to make it look good.
