The paint is starting to peel / chip on my driver side front wheel panel and i was told by a body shop it would be approximately £500 before tax to get it repaired as it comes from the inside and i would also need to supply my own panel as it is cheaper than them buying from ford is there any better way i could do this myself or any known places that i could get a panel that is pre painted that i just need to install , Its a ford fiesta zetec 1.25L H25JCP / BF14HXN is the reg if that helps, thanks in advance

Paintwork is the most expensive part of any car unfortunately.  There isn't a cheap way to do it well.

My One main concern is that my fiesta is black and unsure weather panther black against black would match

Not sure where you got that info from, all colours have names to make them easier to identify.  Yours is Panther Black.  Though I still wouldn't guarantee a perfect match on a 10 year old car.
