Transit MK7 wont start and cutting out when not at full temp

Featured Replies

It was struggling to start first time, starter motor went, changed that.

Next I changed the fuel filter- same issues occur

Still wouldn't start without easy start (I know i shouldn't use it but had to) since then SCV changed as I was advised it was needed (was hunting on idle) and hoped that could be it. Didn't help-

Since then- now the van only runs (after easy start) after keeping revs high till its heated up otherwise it cuts off the engine when you coke off the revs if it's not hot enough.

Changed the EGR as the readings were showing that the EGR was stuck open and the MAF values were only hitting 17% of what's necessary. That made no difference either. .

Only error codes are for a ignition switch when plugged into PC.

Mechanic found small leak in fuel line.

Fuel pressure not up to what it needs to be so seems like it's not getting enough fuel shot into it. Any advice welcome
