Swapping Seats

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Just wanted to make a new thread to clarify some things for me.
I have a 2010 1.6L Zetec S ( MK7 ) and I am wanting to buy some 2016 ST2 ST180 seats. I know the seats themselves are a straight swap over but in terms of connectors for the seats would that cause an issue? Or a the connectors the same.
If they are different how would I go about changing them so I don’t get any warning lights?

I would imagine the airbag connector to be the same, you'll see when they're out

Did this on a face lift mk7 4dr front and rear  it was a straight swap on the connector... 2014 model so may have to reposition the plugs on yours there's a tutorial on YouTube... but they pop out and are colour coded
