Hi everyone.

I'm in real need of some help in fixing a problem that has started with my car.

So my 61 plate fiesta mk6 has developed a strange electrical issue, the drivers side electric window will not work at all, passenger side works fine, rear are both manual windows, also both the electric door mirrors have stopped working, they will not automatically fold closed or open with the central locking and they also will not work with the interior door controls, but when I lock the car with the key fob or with the keys the built in indicator lights in both mirrors flash as normal, so power must be getting to them.

This all started out of knowhere, i haven't had any electrical work done and i haven't messed with it in any way,  I drove to the shops and locked the car as normal, drivers widow was working fine and the mirrors folded in when i locked the car, but on returning about an hour later upon unlocking the car the mirrors didn't unfold and the drivers door window wouldn't open. 

As far as I can tell all other electrics in the car are working just fine, this really has me stumped and I'm not to sure where to start to fix this.

Any advice, tips or tricks that anyone can offer in trying to fix this would be of great help to me.

61 plate will be Mk7 in the UK.

I think the mirror folding and the drivers window all go through the drivers door module on these.  Could be the module at fault or a snapped wire in the door loom.

There are multiple wires going to the mirrors, so indicators working doesn't prove anything more than one single wire is making connection through from the GEM.

Thanks for your reply tom, well that's given me a couple of things to try, I'll give the door loom a look over, seems a good place to start. So I guess the mirror indicators working was a bit of a red herring for me then, 

I didn't realise it was a Mk7 I guess you learn something new every day.
