How to replace a Ford 6000 CD head unit???

Hi All,

 

I have a 2011 Ford Smax with a 6000 CD stereo in (I’ve added a photo below)

I’d like to replace it with something a bit more modern, with Bluetooth for music as well as phone.

 

can anyone explain how to get it out?  If I need to remove facia first?  Do I need any special keys?

 

and if anyone has any recommendations for a unit to upgrade to, that would also be really helpful.

 

any help anyone can give is very much appreciated.
