Instrument Cluster, SYNC Screen, AC Fan System not working

Hi all. Hoping for some advice as I’m someone with minimal knowledge. I have a 2017 Ford Focus ST Line 1L, sometimes when driving the Instrument Cluster + SYNC Screen would go black and then reboot after 30 seconds or so, but today they have gone off and not come back on. The aircon also does not work or any of the lights on the aircon display buttons. The cluster is frozen where it was when I was driving. SYNC Screen just staying black. The car still drives fine and exterior lights / indicators all working, interior roof lights working fine too.

- have disconnected battery for 30 mins and still nothing

- have checked fuses on the passenger side fuse board for cluster, SYNC system but all looked OK and replaced anyway, still nothing.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Or if anyone has had a similar issue how did you resolve?

    Possibly one of the connectors to the BCM is not fully seated correctly.

    Remove and refit each of them. Make sure they fully latch in to position.

    How long ago did it have a new battery fitted?
