I wonder if someone could help me my parents car randomly stalls usually after braking and then trying to accelerate again.

The car has had new IAC TPS MAF and fuel pressure regulator. 

I've tried testing for vacuum leaks with brake cleaner but couldn't find one.

I replaced the pcv hose under the manifold a while back.

I've tested fuel pressure at idle getting 3bar but haven't tested under load.

I've got forscan but I was hoping someone could advise me what live data to record.

I also wondered if anyone could advise about the gearbox diagnostic I've got fluid and filter to change but wondered about the solenoid packs that seem to be available?

Engine    1.6L Zetec-S/Duratec EFI (100PS) DAW

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Check for dirty or stiff/sticking throttle body.

    If transmission changes are clunky then change the fluid ASAP

    If you think it may be the torque converter is not releasing then you could remove and test/clean the solenoids, yes

    Have you changed the coil pack, HT leads and spark plugs?
