2017 Ford Ka+ juddering and coolant leak

My 2017 Ford Ka+ core plugs keep bursting and coolants leak inside spark plugs bay. I also judders from time to time on 1st gear, not always. No clutch slip, the car done 50k miles. Anyone else had similar issues and how did you get it fixed?
