You'll need to be more specific. How exactly have you wired them? Where have you sourced the power?

The source is from the wiring plugs already attached to the car!

Did you test the plugs with a multimeter to see if there was power getting to the plugs? If an optional extra, the loom may be there, but it may not be attached to anything...

If an electrical item doesn't work, the first point of call is to check if it is getting electricity. Until you can establish that, further diagnosis is difficult. I have no idea what you mean when you say you have 'sourced the fuse, and still no joy'??

Since the vehicle was not originally fitted with front fog lights then there will be several bits of the jigsaw missing, it certainly won't be Plug 'n' Play.

The BCM will have to be programmed so that it knows that the car now has front fog lights. It will need to know how it is to operate them, different countries have different rules regarding the behaviour of the lights. In the UK it is usual that they can only operate while the dipped beam headlights are on, but over the years regulations have been amended to allow the use of them for 'cornering lights'.

I doubt that the full wiring harness will be complete from the switch through to the actual fog light fittings and so you will need to follow the wiring to see which parts of the harness are fitted. The actual fusebox may also be a problem. I assume you mean that have fitted the fog light fuse, but in most cases while the slot for the fuse is there you will find that only one side of the fuse holder has a contact while the other side is missing.
