Well, that's much better than I get. From the link that Roger provided I see:

Is your version available to peasants like me?

I wondered if the system wrongly identified your car as a Gen-e, but no, there are some ICE things mentioned there.

Let's hope Tom's answer is not of the "I could tell you but I'd have to kill you" variety!😃

Well, I managed to access it.

You do need to create an account and log in to view service schedules.

Thank you Tom.

I haven't and I could still get mine (but from VIN only, using Reg No came up with a blank).

Curious!

Roger, did you get the version that Tom posted earlier in this thread which looks like the service sheet that a Ford dealer uses?

No, it looks like the one you posted - but the de-luxe version, with spark plugs!

You're right, it does look like the check sheet the dealer service dept use.

The Ford link I posted does say register OR use Vin or Reg No (which doesn't work for me, though VIN does).

Tom has used a different link with a .com address (rather than the .uk address I used) which does require you to register.

Ford seem to have a zillion ways to get to the same thing.

Yet none to see full spec list any more!

If you mean the old ETIS data I'm getting something that looks very similar from here https://www.fordzona.sk/

Needs a VIN.

Yes, that is exactly what I was after, thanks!

Thanks for that, Paul, very handy!

Weird thing - as I started entering my VIN it "autofilled" with a VIN (not mine) and I hit "OK" out of curiosity. It turned out to be the details of a 2011 Mondeo!

My details came up fine when I input my correct VIN. It accurately showed all the stuff Ford deleted from the Mk 8.5 Fiesta!😀

Thanks for the link @pcaouolte, it actually has a little bit more information than the old Etis link for my car.

If that's in a dropdown box, you've probably checked that VIN somewhere else in the past.  6 different VINs came up there on mine!

I've had the same thing happen on various other sites with completely different data. I'm never sure if the site does it, or it's your own device? I do regularly clear out cookies.

Weird.  I think it is the device.  I never clear cookies.  But do restrict them on most websites.

Yes, I thought so for stuff used very regularly, postcode etc. But it seems other stuff is stored and the device recognises the type of data required by the drop down. Quite spooky!

Blimey, took me ages to scroll through all that 😂.

Well the saga continues !

Changed the plugs and it has improved things a bit. Still not sorted the problem so i suspect it may be a fuelling issue. What would be the next thing to try please ?

Clean, or better still replace the throttle body.

Has the coil pack been replaced ?

I'm not aware that the coil pack has been changed at all.

No doubt there is a you tube video for the throttle body cleaning lol. I need to sell the car sadly so don't want to spend too much on it 😞
