Fiesta St-3

Featured Replies

I’m looking at buying a fiesta st 3. however the high theft rate is making me second guess my choice. what ways can i make the car let’s say almost near impossible to steal. i know of immobilisers, trackers and faraday pouches, which id most likely invest in all 3. but what else do we all know of/use. would prefer not to be havinf to faff putting fuses back in every morning and don’t wanna be havinf to disconnect my battery every evening.

Taking the engine out every time you park would probably work 90% of the time. Or get some EV number plates with the green end, and stick a couple of EV badges on it and you'll be 100% safe 🤣

Add to the list a visible physical lock such as disklok.

You don't mention which version you're looking at but the facelift (Mk 8.5) has already had much of the content removed by Ford so probably less appealing to thieves!😀
