To me there's somthing seems to be rubbing against the inside of the disc at the top of the vent on the inside

Well take wheel off then and have a look.

I agree, it's a pretty useless photo, but on my best guess, is this what the issue is??

Is it a machining to balance the disc ?

Again, the photo isn't clear to me and I am likely missing the point but a lip is normal as the disc wears (and with modern more abrasive pads it's the new normal?)?
