The coating is applied by the dealership.  But they might have also provided you with a small cleaning kit for you to use in future.

Yes it should of been, If it was the ceramic coating one it should of been done 24 hour before the car goes to the customer, the polish is done on the day, a lot of valeters at dealership don't do it as they are really lazy
