Ford Focus 2019 See Manual Light

Over the last month the see manual light keeps coming up on my focus. It is a 2019 and has a 1.0L ecoboost. The code reader has a code called the P130D. It says engine knock and something to do with combustion. When I switch the car of the light goes but when I drive for a bit and put my foot down it returns, putting the car into limp mode. The spark plugs have been changed the sensors have been checked. The camshaft sensors were replaced as we were told by ford. However the wire that connects to the camshaft sensor has some oil on it, I dont know if this is normal or something bad.
