It probably been asked a thousand times but don't seem to be able to get a straight answer so hopefully I can here.

Does the tourneo connect 19plate 1.5 eco blue diesel have a wet belt? 

 

The garage selling the car won't give a straight answer, twi different sales people have given two different answers.

    Some versions had a traditional external dry belt and some versions have a timing chain.

    I'm not sure this is correct unless the 1.5 EcoBlue has been revised and I've missed it?

    They are all dry belt for timing plus small chain for cams as far as I'm aware.

    Based on the earlier 8v 1.5 TDCI which was only a dry belt due to being single cam.
