Hi all,

Recently had an MOT and my car has failed on the following:

 

Exhaust hydrocarbons content after 2nd fast idle exceeds manufacturers specified limits

exhaust carbon monoxide content at idle exceeds manufacturers specified limits

exhaust carbon monoxide content after 2nd fast idle exceeds manufacturers specified limits

exhaust lambda reading after 2nd fast idle outside specified limits

 

I’m not really sure what the issue is as I’ve had a few garage look and say I’ll need a new catalytic converter but others saying there are more issues but they don’t know what?

Car is driving fine and performance feels same as always?

 

any advice would be very much appreciated, cheers.
