bseos
Hi I'm a new member, have owned my 2007 ford focus zetect for about 6 months now and everything has been running fine till a few months ago. I seem to always get a loud single clicking sound (only clicks once once you start the car, otherwise if u idle at the traffic lights and take off it doesn't make the sound) coming from my engine whenever im in first gear and reach about 2200 revs, just before i change into second. I also hear creaking sounds from the engine when pressing the clutch down or pressing on the brake. Can anyone give us a clue to what the problem could be. mintalkin
the clicking could be a relay powering up, creaking clutch pedals are usually cured by some lubricant on the linkage you should go back to the dealer and get them to sort it on the warrenty
