Hi everyone, has anybody come up with a solution to remove this MEM-ERR01 on the SYNC3 when trying to install? I have tried everything I could find on the web and everything Ford told me to do and I just can not reset my system. I have the original ford updates on one stick and the Cyan labs files on another, but when I put either USB key in I get the same error, can someone please help, cheers all.
