2015+ Ford S Max Horn not working

Hi all, 

We have a new shape ford s max, 65 plate, and the horn has stopped working. It was very intermittent, but now totally given up.. Fuse looks fine.

 

Any suggestions on where to start? Where is it located, and how hard is it to access? 

 

My wife had a small bump with a tow bar 18 months ago which did some damage to the front bumper, lower half, could this have created a knock on impact?

    I'd start with a multimeter and see if the horn gets any power when you press the button.

    Just wanted to update.... Found the horn behind the passenger front wheel arch liner. Driver side was the washer pumps. 

    Removing the first half/outside fixings of the wheel arch liner, enabled me to peel it back and about 1ft angled forwards/inwards showed the horn right in front of me, and within reach! 

    Single nut to remove it, and a £10 used replacement ordered off ebay, found using part number written in the horn. 

    The harness was showing 12v on the multimeter when the horn was pressed so fingers crossed it's a direct swap, and resolution. Will find out next week... Fingers crossed.
