Low Mileage between MOTs

Featured Replies

Morning all, Looking into a new car and I’ve found 2012 Focus Ecoboost, 6 speed manual, 67k miles. Just had the wet belt done, new coil packs, oil change and new clutch hose in Jan 2025. Unsure of other service history which I will query further however checking the MOT history shows no issues more than consumables really.

On car check it lists it was up for sale in March then again in October so this may answer my question but between the mot In September 2024 and October 2025 it’s only done 55 miles. But both mot’s were advisory free. Anything specific I should be looking for or just best to move on?

Thanks in advance

If this is a 1.0 Ecoboost engine, keep well away from it.

Something is clearly wrong.

It is indeed, I’m getting the same opinion from multiple people so guess I’ll be looking elsewhere, thanks for the the response.
