Hi All, recently purchase a focus 05 plate, 1.6 ghia, must say impressed with it, still under warrenty had to have the matrix heater replace

now the driver,s footwell tends to get quite warm at this time of year, !!!! with the heater cotrol on cold, been told by the garage that this is the norm !!! any advice out there please, regards ticker t
