Clutch problem

Featured Replies

Hi three weeks ago I was going around a roundabout and my clutch stuck to the floor. I had a mechanic look at it and a new slave master was fitted but the pedal was sticking halfway up and l had to put it back up with my foot. He said there was air still in it so he bled it. Three or four days later it happened again. One of friends who l have known for years said to pop over and he would reverse bleed it. He did but the pedal was still sticking .he then noticed that the spring was going in the pedal so he ordered one for me to fit. Well today l drove the car but I was having trouble changing the gears. When l parked l then went back to the car but the pedal is fully down and l cannot change gears at all. Any ideas what it can be.

Which part was changed?  The slave cylinder or the master cylinder?  If only one was changed, then it is the other one at fault.
