2015 1.0 eco boost coolant leak ? Or problem

Hey everyone, noticed my heater in my car wasn’t blowing hot air, got out and checked the coolant and it was completely empty, topped it up and went on my way. By the time I’m home it’s completely empty again and not hot air. What could this be and is it going to cost me a arm and leg to get it seen to
