Oil in plugs

Hi guys good morning

Looking at front of the car I had the left two plugs slightly damp and now the right to plugs have about 5mm oil in plug wells, am I right in thinking it's the rocker cover gasket.

I had the gasket replaced by a garage about 3 year ago cost me 100 quid.

It's a ti vct MK2 are they easy enough to do yourself rocker cover gaskets, has anyone had any experience doing them or help/guides.
