Having trouble with this today! It's "checking I'm human" virtually every time I click on a topic. Using my usual device(s) from my home broadband so nothing out of the ordinary.

Filled in the Feedback form obviously, but anyone else having an issue?

Not today, but had one problem yesterday.

I still have the problem of trying to attach photos to posts, sometimes 6 or 7 attempts. Also sick and tired of photos, some posted by me and some posted by others that keep disappearing.

Nope, no problems here.  Sounds like it might be your device or browser this time.

That's in case you have decided to identify as something else since it last checked. 🙂

No problems here today.

Yesterday it checked I was human by putting a box on the screen and ticking it for me after a few seconds. How that proves I'm human is beyond me.

I guess we should be grateful it doesn't do that maddening thing and ask you to tick each box containing traffic lights, or whatever!

@Eric Bloodaxe Do you have a fixed ip?? i could whitelist it for you?

If you do you can pm it to me and I will add it which should solve issues.

Unofix, do you have a fixed ip? maybe something worth trying for your image issues?

Sadly not, since I refuse to pay an extra £5 per month for the privilege 🙁

i have white listed the one you are on today to see if that makes a difference for you. maybe a dodgy ip your broadband supplier have assigned you today lol

yeah i refused to pay the 8 quid, and got a dedicated one with nord vpn instead. much cheaper

 

My fibre provider uses CGNAT to share a single public IPv4 address among multiple customers. This seems to be a very effective method of preventing me accessing my home network when away from home if I didn't pay extra for a fixed IP.
