Hi new to this club

i have an st3 and have seen issues regarding ispi. 
can someone explain what causes this as there are different explanations

    ISPI Ford" refers to Low-Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI) issues in Ford's turbocharged direct-injection (GDI) engines, like EcoBoost, where premature fuel ignition causes knocking, power loss, and potential engine damage (broken pistons, rods). It's common in small engines under high load at low RPM (e.g., flooring it in a high gear) and is mitigated by using correct API SP/ILSAC GF-6A oils and avoiding harsh, low-RPM acceleration.
